Alisha Patel

At iCare Solution Stockport, Alisha Patel plays a dual role as both Junior Care Coordinator and Administrator. She supports our care team in planning visits, liaising with families, and making sure service users receive the right support at the right time. Alongside this, Alisha also manages the day-to-day running of the office – answering calls, keeping records up to date, and helping with rotas and paperwork.

With her caring nature, strong organisational skills, and friendly approach, Alisha ensures that both our carers and service users feel supported. She is also building her knowledge of care planning and compliance, working closely with senior coordinators to grow in her role.

Consistently approachable and reliable, Alisha is often the first friendly voice you’ll hear when you contact our office, and she plays an important part in making sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
